As the founder of ALIGN Holistic Fitness, Amy created The ALIGN Approach, a movement methodology she teaches at luxury resorts worldwide.
Her work combines postural assessment, fascia-based movement, Clinical Somatics and Neuromechanics to explore how the nervous system, habitual muscular tension and fascial restrictions can influence posture, discomfort and movement efficiency.
The ALIGN Approach is designed to help you better understand your body and the patterns that may be contributing to stiffness, restricted mobility, recurring tension or discomfort.
Through personalised assessment and guided movement, Amy supports the body in releasing habitual tension, restoring functional alignment and improving communication between the brain and body. Each experience also offers practical techniques that can be integrated into daily life, helping you move with greater awareness, comfort and confidence.
